Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning activities

• Assist in setting up the venue and preparing supplies

• Maintain order and respond to inquiries on event days

• Provide assistance to instructors or activity directors on site

• Able to work independently as directed

Responsibilities:

• Train up the volunteers to take care of the plants from seedlings to harvest

• Teach volunteers how to introduce hydroponic farming and facilities to the visitors

 

Require:

• Studied hydroponic farming classes offered by K-Farm

• At 30 hours hydroponic farming experiience

• Available from Jan 25-Feb 25

• Providing support to mentors in the "Planting Vegetables for the Community" activity

• Assist volunteers in completing tasks such as planting, harvesting, packaging, and delivering vegetables during the event

 

Require:

• Experience in hydroponic farming is preferred

• Able to work independently as directed

• Careful, patient, responsible and disciplined

• Ambitious and passionate about community service

 

Two hours of work per week
